Our Director
Rose Haile is the lead Navigator for Elite Disability Navigators and earned a Bachelors Degree in Criminology and Law with a specialization in Juvenile Justice from the University of Florida. She has spent many years serving children and families in various capacities always advocating for her clients. Rose earned her Certification from Social Security Administration to serve as a Representative for individuals applying for Social Security Disability. She holds many accolades in her pursuit of assisting others and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this agency. She is also an esteemed Consultant for small businesses as well as provides resource development services for nonprofit agencies

Our Associate Director
Alani Haile as a Navigator for Elite Disability Navigators and is currently a Junior at the University of Florida, where she maintains honors status and is majoring in Agricultural Education and Communications. She is an established social services advocate who assists people with passion. She was a 2023 Borlaug Scholar with the World Food Prize Foundation, which sponsored her internship at Mbita Point, Kenya. She spent two months researching their agricultural systems during the summer of 2023 and is a published researcher. Alani received her SOAR Works certification from SAMSHA which is a specialized training that lets us fast track certain clients applying for disability. Alani has earned many awards for outstanding academics as well as community engagement.
